Q How rate structure is like?
We calculate with vehicle size, milage and driver's operating hour. Please feel free to contact us about the price.

Q Do you have any hidden cost?
We don't charge any additional cost if it's unavoidable situation such as disaster, flight delay, weather condition.
However, We might charge additional cost if you wish to extend driver's operational hour or milage on spot.
Q Do you have a child seat?
Yes. We do have a child seat. Please let us know if you need one when you make a booking.
However, We only got one-size child seat so if you have your own child seat, it might better to bring yours

Q Can we request Japanese speaking driver?
Yes. You can request English, Japanese,Chinese, or Veitnamese.
However It's depends on vehicle size and availability. So please let us know when you enquire
If you don't have any request, driver will be English speaking driver.
Q In our itinenary, we plan to travel about 15 hours per day. Is this possible?
Under New Zealand Law, the driver is only allowed to drive maxi 13 hours per day. So if you's like to travel 15 hours per day, we need to switch the driver in some point. It depends on availability. We also happy to help planning your itinenary in the most efficient way.

Q Do you have any insurance covered when the accident is happend?
In New Zealand, All accidents which happend in New Zealand will be covered by ACC(Accident Compensation Corporation). It is New Zealand's original system so it might be different compensation system in your country. So We're highly recommend you to set your own travel insurance before travel.
